Product Description

Electrical Grade MGO Powder for Heating Elements Production

It belongs to moisture-proof and high-temperature-resistant magnesium oxide. It is divided into different grades and specifications according to various electrical performance requirements. It is suitable for the production of different high-temperature air-fired electric heating elements. It can withstand an air-fire temperature of up to 800 degrees Celsius and is not suitable for high-temperature heat treatment (such as 1050ºCannealing). With the property of strong moisture-proof ability and can be easily sealed. Before sealing, the heating element needs to be dried at 200ºC-350ºC/2-4 hours.


We use high purity (more than 95%) Magnesite Oxide powder as filler and heat conduct medium for electial heat element which is high temperature endurable insulating material. we also can treat the product according customer to make it water  repellent.
