Jaye's open coil heating elements are widely utilized for in-line process heating, forced ventilation, and oven and in-line heating applications. These open coil heater elements are compatible with standard 2-inch or 3-inch 40 NPs piping.

Open coil heaters are ideal for tank and pipe heating, including metal pipes. Their design ensures excellent heat distribution.

A minimum gap of 1 / 8 inch is required between the ceramic and the inner tube wall. Installing open coil elements ensures exceptional and even heat distribution across a large surface area.
