Flanged heaters are indispensable for numerous chemical, petroleum, and water-based applications. At JAYE Heater Technology, our flanged heaters provide exceptional adaptability with a variety of alloy options that combat corrosion and extend the lifespan of the heating element. Typically, steel flanges are utilized for heating lubricant oils, heavy and light oils, waxes, as well as mildly corrosive liquids and low-flow gas.
Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted from hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded onto ANSI standard flanges or custom plate flanges of various shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters cater to high-volume, high-power, and high-pressure applications. Tailor-made plate flange heaters are designed for integration into smaller equipment like boilers and chillers.
Two types of connections are available: the thread connection, with common specification sizes ranging from G1 / 2 to 2inches, and the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Widely recognizedspecification sizes extend from DN50mm to DN300mm. Common materials for flange electric tube flanges include brass,stainless steel, and 10 steel, with pipe materials often utilizing 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Typicalpower specifications range from 1.5KW to an impressive 500KW, making them ideal for electric water boilers, electric heaters, solar energy systems, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools, and a plethora of other heating applications.
