Flanged heaters Flanged heaters are vital in a multitude of industries such as chemical, petroleum, and water-based applications. Steel flanges are predominantly used for heating lubricant oils, a variety of heavy and light oils, waxes, and mildly corrosive fluids, as well as for low flow gas heating.
Flange immersion heaters Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or various shaped plate flanges. ANSI flange heaters are ideal for substantial volume, high power, and high-pressure applications. Conversely, plate flange heaters are custom-designed to meet the needs of smaller equipment like boilers and chillers.
These heaters offer two connection types: the first is a threaded connection, commonly available in sizes G1/2 to 2 inch. The second connection type is the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection, with popular specifications ranging from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials used for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. Similarly, pipe materials consist of 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Common power specifications include 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, and up to 500KW. These heaters are ideally suited for electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools, and various other heating applications.
