Flanged heaters Flanged heaters are quintessential in a multitude of chemical, petroleum, and water-based applications. JAYE flanged heaters provide the adaptability of utilizing various alloys to combat corrosion and extend the lifespan of the heating elements. Steel flanges, a preferred choice, cater to lubricant oils, both heavy and light oils, waxes, along with mildly corrosive liquids and low flow gas heating.
Flange immersion heaters These heaters are meticulously crafted from hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of diverse shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are ideally suited for applications demanding large volume, high power, and/or elevated pressure. Conversely, plate flange heaters are custom-designed for smaller equipment such as boilers and chillers.
Our flange heaters offer two connection types: the thread connection, which commonly measures sizes from G1/2 to G2. inches. The second type is the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Standard sizes range from DN50mm up to DN300mm. The materials dominantly used for the flange electric tube include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. For the pipe material, common choices are 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. The range of specifications is vast, covering 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, and up to 30KW to 500KW. These heaters find their applications in electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools, and numerous heating environments.
