Design: Flange Immersion Heaters Construction: These heaters are crafted from hairpin bent tubular elements, expertly brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of varying shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters suit large volume, high power, or higher pressure needs, while plate flange heaters are custom-designed for smaller equipment like boilers and chillers.
Connectivity Options: Two types of connections are available. The first is a thread connection with standard sizes ranging from G1/2 to 2 inches. The second option is the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Specifications: Flange sizes range from DN50mm to DN300mm. Common materials include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel for the flange electric tube, with pipe materials often being 10 steel, stainless steel, or copper. Power Ratings and Applications: With power specifications from 1.5KW to 500KW, these heaters are ideal for applications such as electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, and swimming pools.
