Custom Electric Open Coil Air Heaters For Furnace Heating

The open coil Air heaters made by Jaye is mainly used in the duct and pipeline heating industry. It has an open circuit and can directly heat the air from the suspended resistance coil.

These industrial heating elements have fast heating time, improve efficiency, and are designed for low maintenance and easy, inexpensive replacement parts.

The open coil element is the most effective type of electric heating element, and it is also the most economical and feasible for most heating applications.


Jaye's open coil heating elements are commonly used for in-line process heating, forced ventilation and oven and in-line heating applications.

Open coil heater elements are suitable for installation in standard 2 inch or 3 inch 40 NPs piping. Open coil heaters are used for tank and pipe heating and / or metal pipes.

A minimum gap of 1 / 8 inch is required between the ceramic and the inner wall of the tube. Installing open coil elements will provide excellent and uniform heat distribution over a large surface area.
