Jaye's open coil heating elements are widely used in in-line process heating, forced ventilation, oven, and in-line heating applications. Suitable for installation in standard 2-inch or 3-inch 40 NPs piping.

Open coil heaters are ideal for tank and pipe heating, as well as metal pipes.

A minimum gap of 1/8 inch is required between the ceramic and the inner wall of the tube. Installing open coil elements ensures excellent and uniform heat distribution across a large surface area.
