Construction:
Kapton heaters are constructed using a thin layer of polyimide film with a resistive circuit pattern etched onto its surface. The circuit is typically made from an etched foil, such as copper or nickel-chromium alloy. The heater is then laminated with another layer of Kapton film to encapsulate the circuit, providing durability and protection.
