Far-infrared ceramic heaters-widely recognized as ceramic heaters-are engineered from high-grade materials like silicon and quartz glass, enduring temperatures up to 1800°C. Featuring a spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire embedded within the ceramic conductor, these heaters generate substantial heat through conduction and radiation, delivering impressive penetrating power.
Our ceramic heaters operate within a temperature range of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F), emitting infrared wavelengths between 2 and 10 microns.
