Flange immersion heaters are meticulously constructed using hairpin bent tubular heater elements that are skillfully brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or versatile plate flanges of varying shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are specially designed to cater to large volume, high power, and higher pressure applications. Conversely, plate flange heaters are custom-crafted to enhance the efficiency of smaller equipment such as boilers and chillers, providing unparalleled heating solutions.
There are two primary connection types: the thread connection, commonly offered in size specifications ranging from G1 / 2 to 2 inch, and the second, the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. This is prevalent in specifications that range from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials frequently utilized in flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel, with pipe materials predominantly comprising of 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper.
