These steel flanges are ideal for lubricant oils, both heavy and light, waxes, and even mildly corrosive liquids, along with low flow gas heating.
Flange immersion heaters These heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements that are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or custom plate flanges of multiple shapes and sizes. They are engineered for large volume, high power, and high pressure applications. Custom-designed plate flange heaters are optimized for smaller equipment like boilers and chillers, making them highly adaptable.
There are two primary connection types available. The first is a thread connection, with commonly used specification sizes ranging from G1/2 to 2 inch. The second is the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Common specification sizes for this connection range from DN50mm to DN300mm.
