246mm X 60mm Half Curved IR Ceramic Panel Heater is a type of infrared heater that is used for various industrial and commercial heating applications. It is made up of a flat ceramic panel that has a hollow core, and it is designed to emit infrared heat when it is powered on.
The Flat Ceramic Infrared Heater for Oven works by using electrical energy to heat up the ceramic panel, which then emits infrared heat that is absorbed by objects and surfaces in its immediate vicinity. The hollow core of the heater allows for the air to circulate, which ensures a consistent temperature throughout the area being heated.
Far-infrared ceramic heaters, commonly known as ceramic heaters, utilize high-quality materials such as silicon and quartz glass, which can withstand temperatures up to 1800°C. These heaters feature a spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire embedded within the ceramic conductor. They generate heat through both conduction and radiation, offering significant penetrating power.
Ceramic heaters operate within a temperature range of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F), emitting infrared wavelengths between 2 and 10 microns. This range is ideal for most plastics and various other materials, making ceramic heaters the most popular infrared radiant emitters on the market.
