Immersion Cartridge Heaters for Liquid Applications:
For liquid immersion heating applications, we recommend utilizing brass or stainless steel threaded bushings.
The size of the threaded bushing is matched according to the pipe diameter. Available specifications include
G thread, NPT thread, and BSPP thread , among others.
Step-by-Step Guide to Installing Cartridge Heaters:
1. Begin by crafting an accurately measured hole in the section designated for heating.
2. Skillfully ream the hole to achieve a smooth surface, guaranteeing optimal contact and superior heat transfer.
3. Extend the hole completely through the section to enable effortless removal of the unit when necessary.
4. If creating a through hole is not possible, carefully increase the hole's size within allowable tolerances.
5. Reduce vibration and bending of the lead wires to significantly prolong the service life of the heater.
6. Guard the heater's end to effectively prevent any liquid contamination, securing its longevity.
When ordering Cartridge Heaters, kindly provide the following essential details :
1. Specify the Type of Cartridge Heater (refer to Termination Options for guidance).
2. Exact Diameter of the Cartridge Heater.
3. Overall length of the straight Cartridge Heaters.
4. Required Wattage and Voltage specifications.
