1. Sheath Material : Select from Incoloy or 304 stainless steel, with 304 stainless steel suitable for temperatures up to 650 °C(1200 °F)maximum sheath temperature. Incoloy can withstand up to 760°C(1400 °F).

2. Resistance wire : Crafted with precision, our high-grade resistance wire is meticulously wound to deliver the required heat for your unique applications.

3. MgO stick: Composed of 99.9% pure magnesium oxide, ensuring excellent verticality and minimal tolerance for optimal performance.

4. MgO: Pure 99.9% magnesium powder, featuring a high purity and a well-balanced particle size ratio, withstanding temperatures up to 1200 degrees.

5. Lead: Suitable for a temperature range from 90 to 250 °C(194 to 482 °F) construction.

For point heating, our flat tubular heaters operate at 230 V AC across various lengths, available with specific heating power of 330 W/m, 500 W/m, or 700 W/m. Engineered with a 13 x 5.5 mm cross section, these rods are crafted from premium, corrosion-resistant chrome-nickel steel ensuring long-lasting protection under IP65 standard(tested waterproof). With an estimated service life of approximately 10 years, performance is contingent on operational conditions.
