Flange immersion heaters Flange immersion heaters feature hairpin bent tubular heater elements, meticulously brazed or welded into ANSI-standard or custom plate flanges of diverse forms and dimensions. ANSI flange heaters cater to large-scale, high-power, and high-pressure operations. Meanwhile, custom-designed plate flange heaters deliver tailored solutions for compact equipment like boilers and chillers, ensuring optimum performance.
Two primary connections are available; the thread connection, with popular sizes ranging from G1/2 to G2,inches, and the second is the flange connection, often referred to as the flat flange connection. Standardspecification sizes include DN50mm to DN300mm. Flange electric tube materials often include brass,stainless steel, and 10 steel, while pipe materials typically include 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Commonpower specifications range from 1.5KW to 500KW.
