Flange immersion heaters are meticulously crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements that are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges, available in a range of shapes and sizes to suit your needs. ANSI flange heaters are ideally suited for applications demanding large volume, high power, and/or higher pressure, while plate flange heaters are custom-designed for smaller equipment such as boilers and chillers, ensuring exceptional efficiency and functionality.
There are two primary connection types: the thread connection, which commonly adheres to specifications of size G1/2--2 inch, and the second type is the flange connection, often referred to as the flat flange connection. Among these, commonly used specifications range from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials frequently used for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. As for the pipe material, 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper are widely employed. In terms of specifications, these range from 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW to 12KW, 15KW, extending up to 30KW to 500KW, offering unparalleled versatility for use in electric water boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools, and more.
