The cartridge heaters feature a robust crimped-on or swaged-in design, integrating a premium nickel-chromium resistance wire for outstanding performance.
This resistance wire is skillfully wound around an exceptional-quality MgO core, perfectly centered within its stainless steel sheath.

1. High Power Density: Heat area surface power 10~25 W/cm²
Working temperature ≤ 450°C
2. Middle to Low Power Density: Heat area surface power 5~11 W/cm²
Working temperature ≤ 300°C
Voltage: 12~250V (or as per requirement)

2. Ream a smooth and even hole for superior contact and maximized heat transfer efficiency.
3. Extend the hole through the section to allow for effortless removal of the unit when required.
4. If a through hole is impractical, adjust the hole size within allowable tolerances.
5. Reduce vibration and flexing of the lead wires to significantly prolong the service life of the product.
6. Prevent any liquid contamination by safeguarding the heater's terminal end.
