Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of diverse shapes and sizes. These ANSI flange heaters are ideal for applications demanding high volume, significant power, and/or greater pressure. Meanwhile, plate flange heaters are often tailor-made for smaller equipment like boilers and chillers, offering precision and reliability.
There are two primary connection types: the first being the thread connection, with commonly used sizes ranging from G1/2 to G2. inch. The second connection type is the flange connection, also recognized as the flat flange connection. Common specifications for flange sizes span DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials typically used for flange electric tubes include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. For pipe materials, 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper are frequently chosen. Standard specifications include options from 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, up to 30KW and even 500KW, making them suitable for a wide array of applications such as electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, and swimming pools, delivering thorough and efficient heating.
