Flanged heaters Flanged heaters are versatile and essential in numerous chemical, petroleum, and water-based applications. JAYE flanged heaters offer an exceptional flexibility advantage, allowing the use of diverse alloys that resist corrosion and extend the life of the heating element. Steel flanges are commonly employed for heating lubricant oils, various oils, waxes, mildly corrosive liquids, and low-flow gas applications.
Flange immersion heaters Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements, either brazed or welded into ANSI standard or custom plate flanges. These heaters excel in large volume, high power, or higher pressure uses. Plate flange heaters are custom-designed, ideally suited for compact equipment such as boilers and chillers.
These heaters feature two connection types: thread connection, with commonly used sizes ranging from G1/2 to 2 inches, and the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Standard specifications for flange size range from DN50mm to DN300mm. Commonly used flange materials include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. Pipe materials frequently used are 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Standard power specifications range from 1.5KW to 500KW. Ideal for applications like electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, and swimming pools.
