Far-infrared ceramic heaters, traditionally recognized as ceramic heaters, are engineered using superior materials like silicon and quartz glass, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1800°C. These innovative heaters incorporate a spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire, expertly embedded within the ceramic conductor, facilitating heat generation through conduction and radiation with impressive penetrating power.
