Custom 12vAluminum PTC Heating Element
PTC Heating Element is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, and is an automatic constant temperature and power saving electric heater. The outstanding feature is that in terms of safety performance, in any application, there will be no "redness" on the surface of electric heaters, which will cause safety hazards such as burns and fire.
The PTC Thermostat is applicable to the Thermal Rediation ontrol on various heating appliances including Electric heaters, warm air blowers, dehumidifiers. etc.
Technical Parameters:
1- Operating Voltage/ Current: AC250V/10A AC125V/16A
2- Operating Temperature 60-150 (one step for every 5C)
Operational Preinciple:
PTC component and contact circuit for parallel circuit if off and current flows through PTC component to form a loop.The temperature of PTC onmponent increased Rapidly. Being higher than rated Reset teperature and keeping the circuit in the off state.When the General power is off and temperature decreased to the reset temperature of bimetallic strip. the strip revocers rapidly and contact closes, providing a safer and more reliable protection on circuits.
