Durable Customizable Industrial Immersion Heaters with Advanced Temperature Control
Flanged Heaters
Flanged heaters play a vital role across numerous industries, including chemical processing, petroleum, and water treatment applications. JAYE flanged heaters stand out for their exceptional versatility, crafted from a variety of alloys to resist corrosion and greatly prolong the lifespan of the heating elements. Steel flanges are particularly well-suited for heating lubricant oils, both heavy and light, waxes, as well as mildly corrosive liquids and low-flow gases, ensuring both efficiency and long-lasting performance.
Flange Immersion Heaters Crafted with precision, flange immersion heaters consist of robust hairpin bent tubular heater elements that are expertly brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of varying shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters excel in handling large volume, high power, and high-pressure applications, while plate flange heaters are tailored for smaller equipment like boilers and chillers, providing customized and efficient heating solutions.
Connection Options: Two versatile connections are available. The thread connection, with commonly used specifications ranging from size G1/2 to 2, inches, offers flexibility, while the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection, provides additional specification sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials for flange electric tube connections include brass, stainless steel, 10 steel, with pipes commonly crafted from 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. These materials come in specifications of 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, and up to 500KW. They serve an array of applications such as electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, and swimming pools, delivering dependable heating solutions.
