Flange immersion heaters Crafted with precision, flange immersion heaters feature hairpin-bent tubular heater elements that are expertly brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges, available in an array of shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are the ideal choice for applications requiring large volume, high power, and higher pressure. For smaller equipment such as boilers and chillers, plate flange heaters are typically custom-designed to fit specific needs.
Our product offers two connection options: a thread connection, with commonly used specification sizes ranging from G1 / 2--2 inch, and the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Widely recognized specification sizes span from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel, while the pipe material options include 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper.
