Flange Immersion Heaters
Crafted with precision, flange immersion heaters feature robust hairpin-bent tubular heating elements that are brazed or welded into ANSI-standard flanges or plate flanges in a variety of shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters excel in high-volume, high-power and high-pressure applications, while plate flange heaters are tailored to smaller systems such as boilers and chillers, providing efficient, customizable heating solutions.
Connection Options
Two versatile connection types are available. The threaded connection (commonly from G1/2 inch to 2 inches) offers flexibility for a wide range of installations. The flange connection (also called a flat-flange connection) provides additional standard sizes from DN50 mm to DN300 mm.
Materials & Power Ratings
Flange electric tube connections are available in brass, stainless steel and carbon steel (10# steel). The heating pipes themselves are typically manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel or copper. Power ratings include 1.5 kW, 3 kW, 6 kW, 9 kW, 12 kW, 15 kW and up to 500 kW.
