JAYE flanged heaters present an adaptable solution with the ability to utilize a wide range of alloys, enhancing corrosion resistance and extending the lifespan of the flanged heating element. Steel flanges are ideally suited for applications involving lubricant oils, diverse oil types, waxes, and mildly corrosive liquids, in addition to facilitating low-flow gas heating.
Flange immersion heaters are ingeniously crafted from hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or expertly welded onto ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of various distinctive shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are preferred for their suitability in handling large volumes, high power output, and increased pressure applications. Custom-designed plate flange heaters are tailored for smaller equipment such as boilers and chillers.
There are two types of connections: the thread connection, which is commonly used with specification sizes ranging from G1/2 to 2 inch; the second type is the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Common specification sizes for this include DN50mm - DN300mm. Flange electric tubes are typically made from materials like brass, stainless steel, 10 steel, with pipe materials commonly being 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Available in specifications such as 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, and ranging up to 500KW.
