Flange immersion heaters are ingeniously built with hairpin bent tubular heater elements that are flawlessly brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges, available in a wide array of shapes and sizes. These ANSI flange heaters are ideal for applications demanding large volume, high power, or higher pressure. Meanwhile, plate flange heaters are typically custom-designed, making them perfect for integration into smaller equipment like boilers and chillers.
There are two connection types available: the thread connection, featuring standard sizes G1/2 to 2 inch, and the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Common specifications for flange connections range from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials used for flange electric tubes are often brass, stainless steel, 10 steel, while the pipe material similarly includes 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Common specifications offer power options from 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, to an impressive 30KW up to 500KW.
