Flanged heaters are widely utilized in numerous chemical, petroleum, and water-based applications. JAYE's flanged heaters offer versatility by incorporating various alloys to resist corrosion and ensure the durability of the flanged heating element. Steel flanges are predominantly used for heating lubricant oils, heavy and light oils, waxes, as well as mildly corrosive liquids and in low-flow gas heating scenarios.

Flange immersion heaters are crafted by brazing or welding hairpin bent tubular heater elements into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of various shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are typically employed for applications requiring large volume, high power, and/or higher pressure. Conversely, plate flange heaters are usually custom-designed for integration into smaller equipment like boilers and chillers.

There are two types of connections: the thread connection, commonly sized G1 / 2--2 inch, and the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Standard specification sizes range from DN50mm to DN300mm. Common materials used for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel, while pipe materials are typically 10 steel, stainless steel, or copper. Standard specifications include 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, 30KW up to 500KW, suited for electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools, and other heating applications.
