Flange immersion heaters Flange immersion heaters are engineered with tubular heater elements that are hairpin bent and securely brazed or welded onto ANSI standard flanges or custom plate flanges, available in multiple shapes and sizes. These heaters are ideally suited for high-capacity, high-power, and high-pressure applications. Customized plate flange heaters are designed specifically for compact equipment like boilers and chillers.
There are two connection types: the thread connection, with common specification sizes ranging from G1/2 to G2. inch, and the second type is the robust flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Widely used specification sizes for flange connections are DN50mm to DN300mm. The flange electric tube flange materials often include durable brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. Pipe materials frequently used are 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Popular specifications range from 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, up to a powerful 500KW.
