Flange immersion heaters Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or custom plate flanges of different shapes and sizes. Designed for both large-scale, high-power applications and higher pressure environments, ANSI flange heaters offer robust solutions. Plate flange heaters can be tailored to fit smaller equipment, like boilers and chillers, effortlessly.
There are two types of connections available: thread connection, commonly sized G1 / 2--2 inch, and the flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Common specifications for the flat flange connection range from DN50mm to DN300mm. Typical materials for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, or 10 steel, with pipe materials often being stainless steel, 10 steel, or copper. Common power specifications range from 1.5KW to 500KW, including 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, and 30KW.
