Flange Immersion Heaters Flange immersion heaters are masterfully constructed with hairpin bent tubular elements, meticulously brazed or welded into ANSI standard or custom plate flanges of diverse shapes and sizes. These ANSI flange heaters excel in high-volume, high-power, and high-pressure settings, while plate flange heaters are tailor-made for smaller, intricate equipment like boilers and chillers, offering bespoke heating solutions.
Our connections include two distinct types: the practical thread connection, available in popular size specifications from G1/2 to 2 inch, and the versatile flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. This connection type supports a range of common specifications with sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm. The electric tube flanges are crafted from premier materials such as brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. For pipe material, we rely on top-grade 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper.
