Flange immersion heaters boast a sophisticated construction of hairpin bent tubular heater elements, seamlessly brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges, available in an array of shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters stand out as the ideal choice for large volume, high power, or high-pressure applications, while plate flange heaters are custom-crafted for smaller equipment, including boilers and chillers.
Two connection types are available: the thread connection with common specifications ranging from size G1/2 to 2 inches, and the convenient flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Common specifications range from size DN50mm to DN300mm. The flange electric tube flanges often employ materials such as brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. Meanwhile, pipe materials typically include 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper. Common power specifications include 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, up to a remarkable 500KW.
