Water heating element are constructed by brazing or welding elements into a hex pipe thread or flange. These are intended for direct immersion into fluids and gases. Water heating element is to be installed via a threaded port in the tank or vessel.

Flange immersion heaters are constructed of hairpin bent tubular heater elements brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of various shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are typically used for large volume, high power and/or higher pressure applications. Plate flange heaters are typically custom designed for use in smaller pieces of equipment such as boilers and chillers.
There are two connections, one thread connection, commonly used specifications size G1 / 2--2 inch, the second is the flange connection. Also known as the flat flange connection . A: Normally For most our products can be sent free of sample charge if the quantity is small and customers only need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,EMS,UPS courier account number to us. If the quantity is big, we need to charge a sample fee.
