Mica Insulated Heater/Heating Element For Household Appliances

Mica heating plate is made of mica paper and silicone glue. The mica content is about 90% and silicone glue content is 10%. The product is silvery white, making full use of the high temperature resistance and insulation performance of mica sheet.

It can be made into any shape with mica sheet as the main part, supported by galvanized sheet and stainless steel sheet. There are various shapes such as plate, cylinder, cone, sheet, etc., which can be used in many electronic components.


It has excellent bending strength and processing performance, high bending strength and excellent toughness. It can be processed in various shapes without layering by punching. Excellent environmental performance, no asbestos, less smoke and less peculiar smell when heating.
