Far-Infrared Ceramic Heaters
Far-infrared ceramic heaters-commonly referred to simply as ceramic heaters-are advanced heating devices crafted from premium materials such as silicon and quartz glass, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 1800 °C. At their core lies a spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire, securely embedded within a ceramic conductor. This innovative structure enables efficient heat transfer through both conduction and radiation, providing strong and deeply penetrating thermal output.
Engineered to operate within a temperature range of 300 °C to 700 °C (572 °F to 1292 °F), these heaters emit infrared wavelengths between 2 and 10 microns.
