The High Temperature Resistance Nozzle Band Heater is specially designed for extruder barrels and injection molding machine nozzles, providing efficient and uniform heating performance. Made from high-quality stainless steel and mica insulation, it ensures excellent thermal conductivity, durability, and resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures.

This band heater features fast heat transfer, stable temperature control, and long service life, making it ideal for applications in plastic extrusion, injection molding, packaging, and hot runner systems. Customizable options for voltage, wattage, inner diameter, width, and lead type are available to meet different industrial requirements.
