Flange immersion heaters These heaters are meticulously crafted with hairpin-bent tubular elements, which are brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or custom plate flanges. ANSI flange heaters cater to high-volume, high-power, or high-pressure applications, while plate flange heaters are tailored for smaller equipment like boilers and chillers, offering unparalleled customization and reliability.
There are two primary connection types: the thread connection, with common specification sizes ranging from G1 / 2--2 inch, and the second, the flange connection, also referred to as the flat flange connection. Widely recognized specifications include sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm. Flange electric tube flange materials typically used are brass, stainless steel, 10 steel, with pipe materials often being 10 steel, stainless steel, or copper. These materials offer versatile specifications from 1.5KW to 500KW, suitable for electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical and swimming pools, ensuring efficient and reliable heating solutions.
