Non-standard custom hot runner spring heater
Hot runner coil heaters are meticulously crafted from nickel-chrome resistance wire encased within a chrome-nickel steel tube, packed with MgO powder for unparalleled heat transfer efficiency. These heaters are annealed to attain the flexibility required for custom bending into any desired shape. Additionally, hot runner heaters with integrated thermocouples are available. Our hot runner bushes are designed with hot runner heaters of varying cross-sections and feature an inner brass and outer stainless steel cover.
Coil heatersalso known as cable heaters, can be tailored into a multitude of shapes to meet diverse application needs. Often, coil heaters are designed as small-diameter, high-performance nozzle heaters that are fully annealed for optimal performance.
Coil heaters are indispensable on injection molding machine nozzles and sprue bushings, delivering a 360° heat coverage. Optional distributed wattage models are also available to cater to specific heating requirements.
Coil heaters also serve as versatile cartridge heaters for irregularly sized bores. A straight, round cable heater can easily navigate through a sealing bar in packaging equipment installations.
