Flange immersion heaters These heaters are expertly crafted with hairpin-bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or skillfully welded into ANSI standard flanges or uniquely tailored plate flanges of varying shapes and sizes. With their robust structure, ANSI flange heaters excel in large-scale, high-power, and high-pressure applications. On the other hand, plate flange heaters are custom-engineered for smaller apparatuses like boilers and chillers, adapting seamlessly to specific needs.
Versatile in design, these heaters offer two connection types. Firstly, the thread connection, which effortlessly fits common specifications from size G1/2 to 2 inch, and secondly, the flange connection, also recognized as the flat flange connection.
