Flange immersion heaters are expertly engineered from hairpin bent tubular heater elements, meticulously brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or customized plate flanges. ANSI flange heaters are ideal for applications necessitating large volumes, high power, and elevated pressure. Plate flange heaters are tailored for more compact equipment, including boilers and chillers.
These heaters feature two types of connections. The first is a threaded connection, with commonly used sizes ranging from G1 / 2 to 2 inches. The second is the robust flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Sizes typically range from DN50mm to DN300mm. The materials frequently used for flange electric tube flanges include brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. Pipe materials often comprise 10 steel, stainless steel, and copper.
