Steel flanges are especially suitable for processing lubricant oils, both heavy and light oils, waxes, as well as mildly corrosive liquids and low-flow gas heating.
Flange immersion heaters are expertly crafted from hairpin bent tubular heater elements, which are either brazed or welded into ANSI standard or plate flanges of various dimensions. ANSI flange heaters excel in large volume, high power, and higher pressure applications, while plate flange heaters are custom-made for compact equipment such as boilers and chillers.
Featuring two connection types, the first is the thread connection, available in standard sizes ranging from G1/2 to G2. inch, while the second is the robust flange connection, also known as the flat flange connection. Common specifications for these flanges range from DN50mm to DN300mm, utilizing durable materials such as brass, stainless steel, and 10 steel. The pipe material typically includes 10 steel, stainless steel, or copper. Common specifications range from 1.5KW to 500KW.
