1-1/2" Two Terminals Screw End Industrial Flat Mica Strip Heater

Mica strip heater is made of mica insulation with nickel chrome heating wire, stainless steel as sheath. The mica content is about 90% and silicone glue content is 10%. The product is silvery white, making full use of the high temperature resistance and insulation performance of mica sheet.

It can be made into any shape with mica sheet as the main part, supported by galvanized sheet and stainless steel sheet. It is often used in plastic machinery, package printing, petrochemical, electronic equipment and other industries.

Strip heaters are available in a number of constructions depending on the material to be heated and the application. Sheath Temperatures are typically 700 degree to 1400 degree F depending on construction, watt density sheath martial and type of insulation used. All strip heaters are available with various Terminations to suit individual application
