Far-infrared ceramic heaters , also known as ceramic heaters, are built using top-tier materials like silicon and quartz glass, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1800°C. These heaters feature a spiral Cr20Ni80 resistance wire embedded within the ceramic conductor, generating heat through both conduction and radiation, providing significant penetrating power.

Operating within a temperature range of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F), ceramic heaters emit infrared wavelengths between 2 and 10 microns. This makes them ideal for processing most plastics and numerous other materials, establishing them as the most popular infrared radiant emitters available.
